Limón Aid continues to send a medical team yearly to the Limón clinic founded by the Carolina Honduras Health Foundation. This team consists of doctors, dentists, nurses, physical therapists, pharmacists, medical students, and other volunteers. Together, they treat approximately 800 to 1000 patients in one week.
The team also travels to and provides medical care in the remote villages of Icoteas, Planes, and Planes de Flores surrounding Limón. Members of the team bring medical and hygiene supplies from the United States to Limón and its neighboring areas.

Limón Aid also works with local midwives to provide training and medical supplies for ongoing medical care for the community when there is not a team staffing the clinic. Additionally, Limón Aid has conducted a survey to ascertain the state of health and wellness in the town. To this end, Limón Aid has also put on several educational classes open to the community. Among them, a clinic on diabetes helped instruct the many diabetics in the town about the proper maintenance of diabetes and provided much needed medicines to do so.
